Specific Objectives

1.Contribute to reduce the handicap related to geographically isolated regions, such as mountain areas where milk and quality cheese producers operate;

2.Develop an information system (software) to guarantee the Know - How exchange between control bodies, public institutions and producers that operate in the Archimed area and that are related to quality products;

3.Guarantee the access to knowledge and new information systems on electronic commerce in the field of traditional cheeses.
